Bazeed Pharmacy ("we", "us", "our") operates the Bazeed mobile app (the "App"). This page explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are

2. Information the App collects
The customer App is designed to work without a user account. You can browse pharmacy information, health announcements, and contact details without signing in or providing personal data.

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifying information through the customer App.
3. Admin app (separate)
A separate "Bazeed — Admin" build exists for pharmacy staff. It requires sign-in with an email and password via Firebase Authentication. That data is processed only to authenticate authorised staff and is not shared with third parties beyond Google as our infrastructure provider.
4. Permissions used
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS — to deliver pharmacy announcements as push notifications. You may revoke this in your device settings at any time.
5. Third-party services
We use Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging, Firestore, Authentication for admin) as our backend. Firebase processes data subject to Google's privacy practices: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
6. Children's privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
7. Data retention
- FCM tokens are kept while the App is installed and your permission is granted; uninstalling the App invalidates the token.
- Admin authentication records persist until the account is deleted by the pharmacy.
8. Your rights
You may request deletion of any data tied to you (admin accounts, FCM tokens) by emailing mahmoudmabrok3579@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised policy.

٢. المعلومات التي يجمعها التطبيق
تطبيق العميل مصمم للعمل دون حساب مستخدم. يمكنك تصفح بيانات الصيدلية والإعلانات الصحية ومعلومات التواصل دون تسجيل الدخول أو تقديم أي بيانات شخصية.

نحن لا نجمع اسمك أو رقم هاتفك أو موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو صورك أو أي معلومات تعريفية أخرى من تطبيق العميل.
٣. تطبيق الإدارة (منفصل)
يوجد تطبيق منفصل «بازيد — الإدارة» مخصص لطاقم الصيدلية، يتطلب تسجيل الدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور عبر Firebase Authentication. تُعالج هذه البيانات فقط للمصادقة على الموظفين المخوّلين، ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث خارج Google كمزود البنية التحتية لدينا.
٤. الأذونات المستخدمة
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS — لإيصال إعلانات الصيدلية كإشعارات. يمكنك إلغاء هذا الإذن من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.
٥. خدمات الطرف الثالث
نستخدم Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging وFirestore وAuthentication للإدارة) كبنية تحتية للتطبيق. تُعالج Firebase البيانات وفق سياسات Google: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
٦. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص لمن يبلغون ١٣ عامًا فأكثر. لا نجمع بيانات الأطفال دون هذا السن عن قصد.
٧. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- تظل رموز FCM محفوظة طالما التطبيق مثبت والإذن ممنوح؛ يُلغى الرمز فور إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.
- تظل بيانات حسابات الإدارة محفوظة حتى يحذفها فريق الصيدلية.
٨. حقوقك
يمكنك طلب حذف أي بيانات تخصك (حسابات إدارة، رموز FCM) بمراسلتنا على mahmoudmabrok3579@gmail.com، وسنرد خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
٩. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة بتطوّر التطبيق. سيُعكس أي تغيير في تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه. استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق يعني قبولك للسياسة المُحدّثة.
